+ All garments should be washed inside out and air dried or tumble dried low.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

+ All sales are final. Exchanges are available, only, in the event of a sizing misfit.

+ Every item is inspected prior to packaging and shipping but, we understand things happen en route. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days from the time received for a replacement eligibility.

+ We're happy to offer free shipping across the U.S. but all shipping labels will be invoiced to the customer for exchanges/replacement items to cover the second shipment.

+ All orders $50+ in the U.S. -FREE! Please see our policy on Exchanges and Replacements for return label pricing.

+ Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before they are shipped.

+ We do ship internationally! Prices will vary.

Please note that orders outside of the USA are sometimes subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Unfortunately here at offbrand., we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties charged on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price and we are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s).

+ Refunds will not be issued if you forget to use promo code.
